A coach in your pocket who actually knows you.
Connect Apple Health, your Whoop or Oura, your Apple Health Records, and every game you’ve played on READYPLAY. The Coach pulls all of it together, watches the patterns, remembers the conversations you have, and coaches you accordingly — from your basketball game to your pool shot to your bowling night to your conditioning, recovery, and goals. One relationship. Everything connected.
It reads everything you connect
Apple Health for body data and workouts. Whoop or Oura for recovery, sleep, HRV, RHR. Apple Health Records (with your explicit consent) for clinical context — so the Coach knows when to back off intensity, never to diagnose. And every verified game you've played on READYPLAY: scores, opponents, peer reviews, shot zones, the works.
It learns you
Each session, the Coach writes private notes — patterns it noticed, goals you set, drills it suggested. Next time you talk, it picks up where you left off. The relationship compounds. After two months it knows your conditioning floor, your shooting tendencies, and what kind of feedback actually moves you.
It molds to your goals
Tell it you want to drop a stone. Tell it you want to break 90 in golf. Tell it you want your defensive grade to climb a letter by July. The Coach builds the plan around YOUR goal, checks in on cadence, and updates the journal when you hit milestones.
It writes a live journal
Every meaningful session, every goal, every milestone — written down where you can read it. Open the Coach tab on a Tuesday morning and the journal is the receipt of every conversation, every plan, every win. The Coach is the partner; the journal is the record.
Everything the Coach can see (when you let it)
The Coach starts with nothing. You decide what to connect. As you connect more sources, the conversation gets sharper.
Apple Health
Workouts, heart rate, sleep, height, weight, BMI, active energy.
Whoop
Daily recovery score, HRV (RMSSD), resting heart rate, strain, sleep performance.
Oura · Garmin · Fitbit
Same shape as Whoop — recovery, sleep, HRV. Pluggable integrations as we add them.
Apple Health Records
Clinical context, with your explicit consent. The Coach uses flags only — 'has cardio history', 'has injury history' — never specific records, never diagnostic claims.
Your READYPLAY games
Every verified game you've played: per-sport rating, opponents, scores, peer grades, shot zones, journals from past sessions, achievements.
Body data
Height, weight, BMI — but ONLY when sourced from a trusted device write or a verified scan. The Coach won't guess and won't ask you to type it in. Empty fields are an honest answer.
The journal: a live record of the relationship
Every meaningful session ends with a short entry the Coach writes. Every goal you set becomes a row you can come back to. Every milestone closes a goal and adds a new line. Open the Coach tab a month from now and the journal is your training diary, written for you.
The kinds of entries: session recaps, multi-game insights, active goals, milestones when goals close, and full training plans the Coach drafts.
It molds to your goals, not ours
Tell the Coach what you’re working toward and the relationship reshapes. Drop a stone? It’s watching your Apple Health weight curve and your Whoop recovery the next time you ask about training. Break 90 in golf? It’s pulling your last five rounds and asking where the strokes are leaking. Climb a defensive grade by July? It’s calling out the games where peer effort marks moved.
You don’t mold to the Coach. The Coach molds to you.
Private — really.
Everything the Coach sees is yours. The Coach can only ever read YOUR data — the player JWT bounds every read, and the agent has no path to look at another player’s record. Coach conversations are not surfaced to admins. Journal entries are not surfaced to admins. The Coach is for you.
Health Records access is opt-in, granular, and reversible. The Coach uses Health Records flags to be MORE careful, never less — if you have a cardio history, expect the Coach to back off intensity recommendations and route real questions to a real human professional.
The Coach is not a doctor. It will say so if you ask it to be.
Frequently asked
How is this different from the Coach voice in live broadcasts?
The broadcast Coach is one of four sideline voices that calls live games — neutral, no per-user data. The Personal Coach has the same brand voice but is bound to YOU: your numbers, your history, your goals, your private journal. Two products, same family.
What does it cost?
The Coach is a paid subscription, billed monthly via Apple in-app purchase or via Stripe on the web. Pricing surfaces in the app on the upgrade screen — we don't fix it in copy because it'll move with promos and partner deals.
What if I don't connect any data sources?
The Coach still works — it'll have what READYPLAY itself records: your games, ratings, peer reviews, achievements. Connecting Apple Health, Whoop, etc. just makes the conversation sharper. The Coach won't pretend to know things it can't see.
Can I turn it off?
Cancel any time. Your journal stays — it's yours. The Coach stops talking but the record remains.
A private coach that actually knows you.
Connect what you want, talk when you want, build the journal one session at a time. The Coach grows with you.
