FAQ
- Can I buy a higher OVR?
- No. OVR is built by play and peer review — never by purchase. Buying credits never moves your rating.
- What happens if I cancel Coach?
- You keep your card, game log, OVR, achievements, and peer reviews. The only thing that turns off is Coach itself.
- Are Credits refundable?
- Within 7 days of purchase if unused. After 7 days or any use, Credits are non-refundable but never expire.
- Do you take a cut of free pickup?
- No. We make $0 on a free run. Revenue comes from Coach, Credits, Marketplace bookings, and League ops — never from pickup.
