READYPLAY supports 15 sports today. Basketball is the deepest live experience; the other 14 share the multi-sport shell (rosters, Play Sites, calendar, reviews, leaderboards) and ramp incremental live depth as the roadmap progresses. The app shows an honest "MVP coming soon" banner where a sport's primary live experience isn't fully wired yet.

Live experience flag

isLiveExperience: true means the sport has end-to-end live scoring, full Achievement Hall depth, Watch + Live Activity, CloudKit broadcast, and league standings on the same engine that ships for basketball. Today, only basketball is true.

isLiveExperience: false means the sport rides the shared shell (identity, Play Sites, rosters, post-game reviews, calendar, scoped Home, multi-sport switcher) but live scoring depth and sport-specific live boards are still on the roadmap.

Per-sport copy

Basketball โ€” the deepest live vertical

Tap-to-score boards, fouls on every player tile, shot spot picker, shot styles, merged history, Watch + Live Activity, CloudKit broadcast, home leaderboards, and a full Achievement Hall catalog โ€” all proven on pickup first. Everything else in the platform proves on this engine before it expands sport-by-sport.

Volleyball

Same identity, Play Sites, scheduling, reviews, and scorekeeper culture as hoops. Volleyball runs on the shared shell while sport-specific live depth and hall entries ramp with the roadmap.

Tennis

Match language, court pins, and reputation that travel with you. Tennis shares the trusted rails; live scoring nuance grows as we deepen the shell.

Padel

Padel rides the multi-sport shell โ€” toolbar switcher, scoped Home, and honest MVP banners where the live book is still catching up.

Pickleball

Fast sessions, real parks, same RSVP and review loop. Pickleball gets the full social and scheduling spine today with scoring depth catching up to demand.

Soccer

Pitch vocabulary, league tags when you use them, and the same finished-game record. Soccer benefits from basketball's engine without pretending every stat is live yet.

Baseball / Softball

Diamonds, innings language where it applies, and peer reviews after the last out โ€” structured competition without losing pickup's soul.

Flag Football

Field sessions, roster truth, and sideline scorekeeping โ€” flag shares the live board patterns as we widen sport-specific playbooks.

Track / Run

Course-based meets and crew accountability. Running uses the same "who showed up, who finished, who reviewed" graph even when the scoreboard looks different from hoops.

Pool (Swimming)

Pool meets, lane culture, and safety-first defaults. Swimming stays on the identity and venue rails while aquatic-specific live scoring evolves.

Fishing

Trips and spots instead of quarters. Fishing stretches the platform to outdoor competition that still cares about who was there and what got logged.

Bowling โ€” the first B2B vertical

Frame-by-frame digital scoring, individual lane records, and verified season averages. Bowling leagues have carried paper scoresheets for decades. READYPLAY gives every bowler a portable profile with high game, high series, strike rate, and spare percentage โ€” all attached to the same verified trust graph that runs the rest of the platform.

Billiards

Pool halls, league nights, and money games. Billiards lives on the same identity, venue, and review rails โ€” track high runs, win/loss against verified opponents, and keep one trusted profile across rooms while live rack-by-rack scoring follows the basketball roadmap.

Golf

Tee times, weekend foursomes, and league outings. Golf rides the same identity, venue, and review spine โ€” handicap-aware history with verified scorecards across courses you actually play, while live hole-by-hole scoring follows the basketball roadmap.

Why this shape

One shell, deepest first. Building basketball end-to-end first means every other sport graduates onto a proven engine โ€” not a half-built abstraction. The "honest" banner pattern (SportMVPComingSoonBanner) tells players when a sport is on rails but not yet fully live, so we don't pretend.

Identity travels. A bowler's verified profile, an APA pool player's win/loss record, and a hooper's OVR all belong to one player ID. League stats roll forward across seasons. That's the point.

Roadmap, not roadblock. The 14 non-basketball sports aren't placeholders โ€” they get rosters, Play Sites, scheduling, reviews, and the trust graph today. Live scoring depth is the ramp that comes next, sport by sport.
